Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Item condition

Items must be returned in their original condition:

Unused and unworn
With all original tags attached
In original packaging
With proof of purchase

How to return

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Receive your return authorization and shipping label
Pack the item securely and ship it back

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
