Welcome to Uniquely Ys ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (uniquelyys.com) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us
Uniquely Ys is a custom/personalized products business based in Arnprior, Ontario, Canada. We can be reached at uniquelyys@gmail.com.

2. Custom Orders & Proofs
Most of our products are made to order and personalized to your specifications. For custom items, we will provide a digital proof for your review before production begins. Production does not start until you approve the proof. Once you approve a proof, you are confirming that all text, spelling, images, colors, and sizing are correct — we are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made directly with us. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

4. Production Time & Delivery
Custom orders typically take approximately 1 week to produce before they ship or are ready for pickup/delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details on local delivery, pickup, and shipping outside the local area.

5. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are limited. See our Refund Policy for full details on when a return, refund, or reprint applies.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before a proof has been approved and production has begun. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property
By submitting an image, design, logo, or text for use on a custom product, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, or that we otherwise deem inappropriate.

All original designs, templates, and product photography created by Uniquely Ys remain our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Charity & Fundraiser Products
From time to time, we offer limited-run products where a portion of proceeds is donated to a specified cause (such as a local food bank). The specific donation amount and recipient will be stated on the product listing. These are one-time or limited-time offerings and are not part of our regular catalog.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniquely Ys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our site or future orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
